On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.
